Ageing happens to us all, but we can slow it down. Just like our body needs to be worked out to stay young and healthy looking, so does our face and neck. Both areas are designed differently than the rest of the body. The muscles of the body are attached to the bone so that we can be mobile, but the muscles of our face and neck are attached to the skin, which is very unique and also makes it very hard to work out without creating more wrinkles.
